Sofia Coppola in Paris

NYT 2009 tour of Paris with Sofia Coppola via RDuJour.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately -- I hope everyone is well! By the way, Loafing Odysseys is now on Facebook, if you want to check it out. I'll be posting links to new content as well as links to other things I find interesting.

Also, unrelated -- but what's everyone listening to lately? I can't get enough of the new Tennis record. Definitely have a listen.

Miss Dior Cherie

Photos from Sofia Coppola's 2008 commercial for Miss Dior Cherie. Brigitte Bardot on the radio, a pretty dress, crazy yellow sunglasses, a bike, and a pastry shop. My former college roomie and I used to watch this over and over, so it's nice to have finally stumbled across the stills from the video.

They Are the Last Romantics.

I don't really have a set theme for this set of photos, just sharing a few that I really love today.

Sunshine Wedding.

I mean, I don't know how I feel about marriage myself, but just look at the yellow! I am pretty sure that I am feelin' it.

Chalk it Up.

Digging these pictures from Anthropologie's July Catalog. They strongly remind me of Tom's room in 500 Days of Summer. I love how a mini chalkboard is used as a headboard in the first photo. The floor is a little intense though -- I'm not so sure how I feel about a hand-drawn rug.

...oh, and apparently chalkboard tables are next. DIY time, anyone?

Personal Style: Current Inspiration

All I wear anymore are baggy button-down shirts, but these ladies (and gent) do it with flair.

Flower Crowns.

When I was a camp counselor I always used to make these for the kids.
